Pickled Vegetable Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: pickled vegetables (washed), mushrooms (washed and sliced)

Put the washed pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop them up, set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add the chopped pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, add some water to a boil.
6.
Finally, add a little salt to taste and stir well. Serve.
