Our local pickled vegetables are delicious when used to stew tofu

Pickled Vegetables, Winter Bamboo Shoots and Tofu Soup

1. Tofu cut into large pieces

2. Wash and chop pickled vegetables

3. Thinly sliced pork belly

4. Start the frying pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil

5. Then pour in the pickled vegetables and winter bamboo shoots and stir fry

6. Then add tofu

7. Add some water and bring it to a boil

Tips:

Note: The pickle itself is salty, so no need to add salt
