Pickling of Capers

Wash the beans. This is the leftover from the last time I pickled cabbage, so that you can directly stuff the beans into the jar 😂.

If there is no extra water for pickling food, the order is: stuff the cleaned beans into a jar, add cold boil, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger slices, and mix well.

Leave it in the shade for another week and you can eat it. How about it? Isn’t it super simple?
