Trotter and peanuts are both very good ingredients. When paired together, it is a classic combination of taste, nutrition and therapeutic effects. Even the maturity of the two kinds of ingredients is very close, and both are more expensive. I bought trotters, there are peanuts at home, and stewed them with an electric pressure cooker, soft and rotten trotters, and waxy peanuts. I enjoyed eating them. It is healthy without a drop of oil.
