Pigeon Soup with American Ginseng

Prepare pigeon, red dates, American ginseng, wolfberry.

Soak and wash the red dates.

Put the pigeon into the pot, add American ginseng, soaked red dates and half of wolfberry.

Add an appropriate amount of water. Turn to high-end fire and stew with a lid.

After the simmering soup base is opened, drain the froth.

Turn to low heat and simmer for three hours.
7.
Simmer the remaining goji berries for another ten minutes.

Add appropriate amount of fine salt to taste before eating.

Tips:
The simmering foam must be drained and then simmered, otherwise the taste and color of the finished soup will be affected.
