Stewed Pigeon with Cordyceps Flower and Yam

Prepare pigeon, yam, cordyceps flower, ginger, etc.

Soak the cordyceps flower in clean water, chop the pigeon into small pieces, slice the ginger, peel the yam, wash and cut into sections.
