Pigeon Soup with Fresh Tuckahoe

Ingredients needed: 1 pigeon, appropriate amount of fresh Tuckahoe.

Chop the pigeon into 4 large pieces, boil the water in the pot and put the pigeon down to blanch it.

The pigeons are rinsed after the blanching is complete.

Put the right amount of water in the soup pot, put all the pigeons, fresh tuckahoe and ginger slices into the pot.

Turn on high heat and turn to low heat for 1 and a half minutes.

Tips:
Fresh Smilax glabra has the same effect as dried Smilax glabra, except that the amount of fresh one is more than that of dry one, and the fresh one is more fragrant.
