Put the raw materials into the bread bucket one by one, start the kneading process

After kneading the dough, ferment to 2 times the size

Take out and knead to remove bubbles, let the noodles stand for 20 minutes

Take a few pieces of dough and form them into a spherical and oval shape respectively, as shown in the figure, and pierce the nostrils with chopsticks.
