Piglet Buns

Yeast is melted in water and poured into flour to knead it into a smooth dough

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place to about 2 times the size

After the hair is finished, take it out and knead it to expel the air, divide it into a small dough of 40g, and then round each one.

Take the remaining piece of dough and drop 1 drop of red pigment into it

Knead into pink dough

Divide the red bean paste into 8 small balls

Take a small dough, roll it into a round skin and wrap it with red bean paste, then round it

Take the pink dough and make the ears and nose

Press the ears and nose up. Use toothpicks to pierce 2 holes and insert black sesame seeds for eyes

After making it, put all the greens on the steamer, cover and ferment for 15 minutes. Then put cold water into the pot, steam on medium heat for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat for 3 minutes and then remove the lid
Tips:
1. When making the dough, do not add water at once, leave 20g to add as appropriate at the end, and make the dough as hard as possible!
2. When sticking to the ears and nose, you can dip some water to make it look better!
3. After turning off the heat, be sure to wait 3~5 minutes before removing the lid!
