Pigtail Braised Kidney Beans
1.
The pig tails are blanched and taken out for later use. The frozen pig tails in our market sell frozen pig tails, which is the section of pig tails alone, without the fat bone on the tail. The pig tails sold at the pork stall are whole, in addition to the skinned tail, there is also a large piece of bone + fat on it.

A small amount of oil and rock sugar fry the sugar color.
6.
Then pour the pig's tail in and color it evenly. Pour the ginger and stir fry a few more times.

Pour in the water for boiled kidney beans. If it is not enough, add clean water, so that the pig tails are not covered.
8.
Pour the oil, soy sauce, boil on high heat and turn on low heat. If you use a pressure cooker, this step is to pour the pig tail and the soup into the pressure cooker to cook.
