Pigtail Peanut Soup

Prepare ingredients

Add water to the pot and boil
3.
Pour the pigtails into blanching water
4.
Wash the blanched pigtails and all the soup ingredients for later use

Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil

After the water boils, pour in all the soup ingredients and cover with a lid. After 20 minutes on high heat, change to medium heat for 2 hours

Add salt to the boiled soup and season it
8.
A bowl of soup can be served
