When I was young, my mother used to make it for me. I really didn't like to eat pimple soup! Now my daughter grows up and really likes it very much. She must learn in desperation. In fact, this is very simple. In the cold winter, make a bowl of hot pimple soup for the big baby in the morning, and go to school full of food!

Pimple Soup

1. Wash the cabbage and soak in salt water for 2 minutes, drain the water and cut into three pieces!

2. Heat oil in a pot and add chopped green onion

3. Add tomatoes when the aroma of green onion comes out

4. When the tomatoes are fried until the soup comes out, add thirteen incense and a spoonful of salt, and cover with water in the pot!

5. Add flour slowly and stir with chopsticks to form a lump

6. Put the gnocchi in the pot after boiling water (use chopsticks to add little by little, here I beat Da Baoer an egg)

7. When the gnocchi is good, add cabbage and a spoonful of salt (you can put a little sesame oil and pepper in the bowl)

Tips:

Don't make the gnocchi be too big, or make it smaller and chewy!
