Pine Kernel Corn

Material preparation.

Heat the pot without oil, just put the raw pine nuts in and bake them to get the fragrance.

The pine nuts are taken out for later use.

Dice carrots and cucumbers.

Chopped green onions.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onions and sauté.

Pour the carrots and stir fry for a while.

Pour in cucumber and corn, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Pour a part of the pine nuts and stir fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and starch, stir-fry and evenly collect the juice before it is out of the pot.

Sprinkle the remaining pine nuts on top.
Tips:
If you don't like thickening, you can add water starch without adding water starch for better taste.
