Few people don't like potatoes, so potatoes have become a must-have dish in my family. Whether it is sour, sweet or spicy, it is delicious and omnipotent. Today I made stir-fried potato chips with pine mushrooms. I won’t say much about the nutrition of pine mushrooms. They are wild treasures from the Northeast. It is delicious and nutritious when combined with potato chips.

Pine Mushroom Potato Chips

1. Prepare ingredients, potato chips, mushrooms, shredded ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion

2. After the oil is hot, add a small amount of peppercorns to burst the fragrance

3. Add shredded ginger, stir fry a few times, add chopped green onion and continue to stir fry

4. Pour in pine mushrooms and stir-fry until half cooked

5. Pour in potato chips and stir fry to avoid dry pan

6. Add a small amount of soy sauce to improve the freshness and color, and add vinegar to make the potato chips crisper

7. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and minced garlic, stir-fry and bring out

Tips:

Pine mushrooms must be soaked more, washed and drained.
