Pine Nut Egg Rice
1.
Put the bacon in the 150 degree oven for about 3 minutes, remove it and cut into cubes for later use. Cut the carrots into cubes, and chop the chives into finely divided pieces.
2.
Add a little cooking oil to the pot, heat it to 70-8% hot, and pour in the beaten eggs. Fry the eggs until they are soft and fluffy, then take them out for later use.
3.
Then put the rice into the pot and stir-fry until the rice is loose and add the diced carrots. Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the fried eggs and diced bacon, and finally add the chopped green onions and some salt. Stir in an appropriate amount of pine nuts after being out of the pot.
Tips:
1. When frying eggs, add a small amount of water to the beaten eggs to make the eggs softer.
2. The rice used to make egg rice must be kept cool.
