The good spinach is nutritious and has many therapeutic effects, nourishing the liver, detoxification, preventing cancer and strengthening the brain. It's delicious when used in vegetables, soups, and fillings. Spinach salad is even more popular with many diners. Mix the blanched spinach with a sauce that is suitable for the family’s taste, and then sprinkle with some plump, fragrant and crisp pine nuts. The taste is so delicious that it can’t stop.

Pine Nut Spinach

1. Pine nuts shelled and kernels

2. Pick and wash spinach and carrots

3. Carrots shredded

4. Blanch the carrots in the boiling pot and remove the water to drain

5. Boil the spinach in the boiling pot and remove the water to drain

6. Spinach cut into sections

7. Put spinach and carrots in a container, add salt, and stir with chicken powder

8. Add light soy sauce and stir

9. Stir in sesame oil

10. Add pine nuts and stir, stir evenly and put on a plate, then sprinkle some pine nuts to enjoy

Tips:

1. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
2. The spinach should be blanched for a longer time.
3. Pine nuts should be added last, so as not to affect the taste.
