Pineapple Duck

Cut the pineapple into pieces and soak in salt water for half an hour;

Wash the duck meat and cut into pieces;

Cold water, pour the duck meat into the water;

Heat a wok, add ginger and garlic slices in cold oil and saute until fragrant;

Pour the duck meat and stir fry;

Add salt and light soy sauce, stir well;
