Pineapple Fried Rice

Cut the pineapple in half and cut it with a cross knife

Use a spoon to take out the pulp. If it is difficult to pick up, it means the pineapple is not very ripe, and the unripe pineapple will be astringent. Soak the pulp with light salt water

Cut the vegetables into cubes. They should be peas. If they are not in the house, they will be replaced with green leaves.
