Pineapple Rice

Prepare the ingredients (and an egg)

Dice the onion, beat the egg, slice or dice the sausage and set aside

Cut the pineapple vertically at one-third, use a knife to cut a rectangle on the pineapple, and then use a spoon to empty the inside.

Tips:
1) Soaking pineapple in salt water can remove oxalic acid, which is beneficial to the human body and tastes better.
