Pineapple Rice
1.
Cut the fresh pineapple in half, dig out the meat with a knife, cut into 1 cm diced pieces, soak the diced pineapple in salt water (the length is according to personal preference, soaking longer will make it sweeter)
2.
Heat the pot and pour in vegetable oil, beat in the eggs and fry them into pieces
3.
Add the rice and stir fry with the egg until the rice grains are distinct
4.
Pour diced pineapple, raisins and cashews into the pot, add salt and stir fry for 1 minute
5.
Put the fried rice in half a pineapple container, steam for 1-2 minutes, make the other half in the same way
6.
After steaming, add cashew nuts, cherries and strawberries to eat
Tips:
1. When you cut the pineapple in half, you must master the strength and cut it to the end with one cut, otherwise the rice will be easy to spill out when steaming;
2. If you like to eat more sour, you can steam it for a while at the end.
