The sea prawns I bought were so big that they were peeled off. On the weekend I went to the supermarket and bought pineapples to make flip cakes. There were a few more pieces. I wanted to make pineapple shrimp balls. It was still very good!

Ingredients

1. Peeled shrimps, mix well with cooking wine, pepper, starch, beaten eggs

2. Roll the shrimp in dry starch, then stick the egg liquid

3. Put it in the frying pan and fry it until golden brown, remove it, and absorb the oil

4. Cut pineapple into small pieces, garlic into minced garlic, green and red peppers into small cubes

Tips:

Sea prawns have a filling flavor, do not add salt when marinating them! You can use pineapple instead! I have also made mangoes and they are delicious!
