Pineapple Shrimp Balls

Peeled shrimps, mix well with cooking wine, pepper, starch, beaten eggs

Roll the shrimp in dry starch, then stick the egg liquid

Put it in the frying pan and fry it until golden brown, remove it, and absorb the oil

Cut pineapple into small pieces, garlic into minced garlic, green and red peppers into small cubes

Raise the frying pan, saute the minced garlic, add tomato sauce

Add green, red pepper, salt, sugar, rice vinegar and stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, pour in fried shrimp balls and pineapple cubes

Add some dark soy sauce to color, stir fry evenly and thicken the glutinous rice with starch

Stir-fry until the juice is thick, pour some sesame oil before boiling
Tips:
Sea prawns have a filling flavor, do not add salt when marinating them! You can use pineapple instead! I have also made mangoes and they are delicious!
