Pineapple Soup Pork Ribs

Blanch the ribs and wash them.

The ribs are cooked.

Remove the ribs, drain the water, add the frying powder, and mix well.

Fry the ribs until browned and set aside.

Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, water starch, and canned pineapple juice in a bowl and mix well.

Saute the minced garlic.

Put in the ribs.

Put in canned pineapple.
10.
Pour the juice into the bowl.

Stir fry the thick soup and add cooked sesame seeds.

Stir-fry evenly and enjoy.
Tips:
The ratio of sugar and vinegar can be added according to your personal taste.
