I have eaten this dish when I was on a business trip in Guangxi, and I have never forgotten it. It was the season when pineapples were on the market, and I also tried to cook this brightly colored, sweet and sour dish, which was unanimously praised by my family!

Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Choose a fresh ripe pineapple and peel it

2. Cut into small pieces and soak in salt water for 30 minutes

3. Thinly sliced tenderloin

4. Add cooking wine and salt, and mix well

5. Beat in an egg

6. Grasp even

7. Wrap the meat slices into rolls and dip them in starch

8. Pour oil in the pot and heat it up, deep-fry the meat rolls into golden brown and remove

9. Cut green peppers, green onions, ginger, and onions

10. Mix 40g tomato sauce, 10g white vinegar, 10g white sugar, and 5g starch into a sauce

11. Pour oil in a pot to heat, add green peppers, green onions, ginger, onions, and stir fry

12. Add sauce

13. Add pineapple and stir fry

14. Collect the juice and start the pot

Tips:

The pineapple must be soaked in salt water for 30 minutes to decompose the pineapple enzyme and oxalic acid in the pineapple
