My favorite dish in the pineapple season. The sweet and sour taste is a bit spicy. The pineapple sour pork made this time uses pineapple juice instead of purified water, which tastes even better.

Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Lean meat cut into small pieces

3. Add egg liquid, crushed black pepper, salt, 30 grams of corn starch, 6 grams of pineapple juice

4. Hold on evenly

5. Cut pineapple, bell pepper, green pepper and set aside

6. Pineapple juice, white wine vinegar

7. Ketchup, 5 grams of corn starch, and fine sugar, stir well and set aside

8. Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up

9. Put the meat in the medium and low heat and fry slowly

10. Explode all one side. Check that it is done well, then pour it into the pot and re-fry it to remove the oil control

11. Leave a little oil in the pot to heat up, add pineapple, green peppers, and bell peppers and fry for a while

12. Add the tuned sauce

13. Stir fry and pour into the meat, stir fry for two to three minutes, and it will take out

14. Sweet and sour pineapple sour pork

15. Super delicious, "good fruit drink, super hydrating without water"

Tips:

1. Corn starch can replace sweet potato starch and potato starch.
2. When frying, it must be cooked thoroughly and then re-fried.
3. Prepare colored peppers and green peppers according to your own preference.
