Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork
1.
Process the chicken breast, cut flowers, and then cut into bite-sized pieces. The average family makes this dish one slice of chicken at a time.
2.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, ginger slices, beat in an egg, and stir gently. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
3.
To process the pineapple, soak in lightly salted water for 10 minutes (not so precise, probably just fine)
4.
Prepare ingredients
5.
Take out the marinated chicken, pick out the ginger slices, and add two tablespoons of frying powder (flour and sweet potato powder is also available, you can add it slowly, and gently stir while adding it) until each piece of chicken is covered with frying powder. There is no excess powder or sauce in the bowl, do not add water. After the oil is hot, fry it piece by piece on medium heat. Remember to bomb it again.
6.
Add a little oil to the pot, fragrant onion and carrot, add green red pepper and pineapple, add a little boiled water, and season. Add a little tomato sauce. If the pineapple is very sour, add some sugar, if not, add some vinegar.
7.
Add the fried chicken nuggets, stir-fry evenly, and get out of the pan.

This picture was searched on the Internet, because I didn’t take a good picture and have eaten it. Bart, this dish is beautiful if you take a shot, and the color is great!
