Ping An Tofu

Cut the tofu into one-centimeter-thick triangular pieces, sprinkle a little salt and marinate for ten minutes, and then fry it in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.

Wash the cabbage and thin the cabbage with an oblique knife on the thick part.
