Pippi Shrimp and Fresh Meat Wonton

The pork is chopped into mashed meat and placed in a container.

Add peanut oil, sesame oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence. Stir in one direction with chopsticks.

Choose to remove the old leaves, wash the leeks, control the moisture and cut them into minced leeks

Frozen Pipi Shrimp, cut off the head and the sides of the shell

Wonton wrappers are purchased and processed. Spread water on both sides of the wonton wrappers and put in enough fillings to roll up and pinch tightly.
