Pizza

Mix all the ingredients first.

Knead the main ingredients into dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel, and ferment at about 30 degrees for 1 hour.

Ferment to double the size.

Grease the pizza pan.

Divide the dough into two portions at a ratio of 2:1.

Spread the big one to the bottom.

Divide the small dough into two portions, take one portion and wrap it with a ham, and the other is the same.

Just wrap it like this.

Cut the ham sausage into small pieces and arrange them.

Marinate the diced chicken with cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for a few minutes.

Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza, just one layer. If you don't like it, you can use tomato sauce instead or not. You can put more if you like.

Put a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Put the marinated chicken diced on it.

I put in a little more peas.

Put the diced bacon on top.

Put the diced onion on it.

Add the diced carrots.
