Pizza

Add all the flours together and mix well

Yeast, warm water, salad oil, liquid butter, eggs, milk, add them together. Open the eggs and stir well. Add to the well-mixed flour, and form a dough.

Make up the dough, cover and ferment for about 20 minutes, and divide it into 200g portions. Rub it up. Brush the oil and ferment for another 20 minutes in the plastic wrap.

Prepare the pizza pan and coat it with solid butter.

First press flat from the middle to both sides.

Squeeze the pizza out with your fingers.

Pierce holes before putting them in the oven to prevent "belly rising" from roasting.

Put it into the oven, the upper temperature is 200℃, the lower temperature is 150℃, and bake for about five minutes.

Prepare the fillings and match the meat and vegetables yourself. (I used green beans, corn and shiitake mushrooms today)

After the pizza is baked, cut into six portions with three knifes, put the fried fillings flat, and sprinkle shredded cheese.

Put it in the oven and bake for about 4 minutes until the cheese is baked and the surface is golden.

Tips:
The butter used for kneading must be the butter that becomes liquid after heating. The butter used for spreading the pizza pan should be solid butter.
