Pizza-my Chinese Biscuits

Mix the main ingredients, knead until the surface is smooth, cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator, and ferment overnight. Note: As shown in the picture, put sugar and salt milk powder first, then flour, and yeast on top. Sugar will reduce yeast activity.

In the morning, warm the dough and spread the dough evenly in the pan by hand.

Pierced all the holes.

Brush the bottom layer with June-flavored bean paste, then squeeze the salad dressing and tomato sauce.

Put mozzarella cheese and top with vegetables. (The cheese needs to be put below, but I forgot today, so I can only mix it in halfway).

After the preheating of the oven is over 160, put in the pizza dough and bake for 20 minutes.

At the 18th minute, take out the baking tray and sprinkle two layers of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for another 2 minutes, remove, and squeeze the salad dressing and tomato sauce. The finished product 1 is shown in the figure.
