【pizza Sauce】

1. Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and chop finely.

2. Chop the garlic into minced pieces and chop into minced garlic.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add minced garlic, and stir fry for a fragrance.

4. Add minced onions and stir fry for a while.

5. Add the minced tomatoes. Press the back of the shovel while frying, so that the tomatoes and onions are more fused and the silk is stickier.

6. When the tomatoes are soft and rotten, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly.

7. A teaspoon of salt

8. A tablespoon of sugar

9. Some crushed vanilla

10. Right amount of pizza grass

11. Some thyme

12. Cook the appropriate amount of basil until the pizza sauce is sticky and there is no soup, then turn off the heat.

Tips:

1: Cut tomatoes and onions as thinly as possible, as they tend to become soft and sticky when cooked.

2: The whole process is low fire, simmer slowly, instead of high fire and fast fry.

3: If you can't finish it, put it in an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator, and eat it as soon as possible. It is not recommended to do too much at once.
