Plain Southern Milk Braised Rice

Golden needles, cloud ears macerated, sliced carrots, sliced vegetarian chicken, sliced choy sum in half, sliced ginger. Mix a quarter of a teaspoon of monosodium glutamate and a teaspoon of sugar for southern milk.

Soak the fragrant rice for 20 minutes.

Fry the carrots and vegetarian chicken for a while, pick them up and set them aside.
Tips:
Southern milk cannot be sauteed with high fire, because there is sugar in it, and the big fire will easily scorch the southern milk.
