Pleurotus and Beef with Seasonal Vegetables

Preparation materials: 2 Pleurotus eryngii, 2 celery, leeks, black bean sprouts, Chinese onions, beef, garlic.

Shred celery, slice pleurotus eryngii, slice beef, shred scallion, and diced garlic.

Boil the black bean sprouts in boiling water and set aside.

Celery is cooked and ready for use.

The leek flowers are cooked and set aside.

Put the cooked celery, black bean sprouts, and chive flowers on a plate for later use.

Blending sauces: soy sauce, ointment, pepper oil, garlic granules, cooking wine, black pepper, black pepper juice.
Marinated beef: soy sauce, cooking wine, ointment, cornstarch.

Put oil in the pot and add the prepared sauce.

Add water and boil it up.

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry, cook until cooked through.

Add beef and cook for 2 minutes.

Put the eryngii mushrooms and beef on top of the seasonal vegetables, drizzle with the juice, and add the spring onions.
