Pleurotus Eryngii and Fungus Fried Peas

Pea, wash, boil in boiling water for three minutes

Wash and dice pleurotus eryngii, soak the fungus and cut into pieces for later use

Three minutes later, pour in the cut pleurotus eryngii and cook

Then add the chopped fungus and cook for one minute, then remove it and set aside under cold water.

Shred green onion and ginger (shred to make it easier to pick out when you eat)

Heat up the wok, add oil, heat the oil and saute the scallions and ginger

Pour dry ingredients and stir fry

Add oyster sauce

Stir fry a few times and add light soy sauce

Add more salt

Just stir fry for a while
Tips:
Peas and fungus are cooked before they are fried. They don't like to collapse.
