Pleurotus Eryngii Fried Peas

2 eryngii mushrooms, half a small bowl of peas, 1 carrot, 1 green onion.

First wash the eryngii mushrooms and dice them.

Peel the carrots, wash them, and dice them. Cut some chopped green onion.

Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry.

Add carrots and stir fry.

Fresh peas are tender and added last.

Spray a little water on the lid and simmer for one minute.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sauté until fragrant.
10.
Add salt and five-spice powder and stir fry evenly.

Fried Pleurotus eryngii and peas are particularly delicious.
