Pleurotus Eryngii Ham Flavor Noodles

1. First prepare all the ingredients.

2. After removing the fascia, the kidney beans are washed and cut into small dices, and the pleurotus eryngii is washed and cut into small dices.

3. Remove the skin of the ham and cut into small cubes. Chop the shallots.

4. Pour peanut oil into the pot to heat, sauté the chopped green onion, add diced ham and stir fry evenly.

5. Add diced eryngii mushrooms and continue to fry.

6. Add light soy sauce to taste and mix.

7. Stir fry over high heat until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
