Pleurotus Eryngii in Oyster Sauce

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and drain the water

Cut into thick slices about 0.5 with a wave knife

Prepare minced garlic, chopped green onion and oyster sauce

Hot pot pour oil

Fry the eryngii mushroom slices in warm oil until slightly yellow on both sides

Pour the chopped green onion and minced garlic to burst the fragrance
7.
Stir evenly and cook into the cooking wine

Pour in oyster sauce and stir fry evenly
9.
Add sugar and stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. Cooking with a little cooking wine can remove the mushroom flavor
2. White sugar can improve the flavor and freshness, you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it
