Pleurotus Eryngii in Oyster Sauce

1. Wash the pleurotus eryngii.

2. Cut flower knife on both sides.

3. Pour oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt into a bowl, mix thoroughly with water, and prepare starch and mix thoroughly.

4. Pour in the oil and put the chopped green onion, stir fry for a fragrance.

5. Pour in the eryngii mushrooms, fry them until they turn slightly yellow, then pour in the adjusted juice.

6. If the juice is low, you can add some water to make it level with the pleurotus eryngii. Cover the pot and simmer for four to five minutes.
