Pleurotus Eryngii in Oyster Sauce

Pleurotus eryngii slices, add water to a pot and boil, add pleurotus eryngii until it becomes soft, remove and put in cold water to cool, remove and drain

Add salt, soy sauce, pork bone soup

Put water in the steamer and bring to a boil, put the eryngii mushrooms on the lid and steam for about 10 minutes

Bring to a boil, pour in water starch

Heat until the soup is thick

Pour it on top of eryngii mushrooms
