Pleurotus Eryngii Vegetarian Meat Jerky

Wash the eryngii mushrooms.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into small pieces.

Pour the oyster mushroom cubes into the pot, add water to boil and blanch for a few minutes.

Scoop out the blanched pleurotus eryngii pieces, squeeze a little water and set aside.

Add some oyster sauce, salt and sugar on top of eryngii mushrooms.
