Pleurotus Eryngii with Fish Roe Sauce

Cut pleurotus eryngii, cucumber, and carrot into strips.

Put the carrots and cucumbers together and pickle them with a small amount of salt. Grab them for a taste.

Chop the garlic sprouts and set aside.

Take out the caviar sauce and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, put the eryngii mushrooms in the water and cook.

Remove and let cool, and squeeze out excess water. Add the pickled cucumbers and carrots, garlic sprouts, and light soy sauce to mix.

Just serve it with caviar.
