Rinse the oyster mushrooms, tear them into small pieces, tear the peppers into small pieces, and slice the pork.

Tips:
This dish only needs salt to keep the unique freshness of oyster mushrooms. When the oyster mushrooms are first fried, they must be on a low heat, otherwise, just wait for the moisture in the oyster mushrooms to come out.
