Pleurotus Sliced Meat

1. Wash oyster mushrooms, tear off strips and blanch them in water.

2. Wash the vegetables in a warehouse and set aside. The blanched oyster mushrooms are too cold, and the water is controlled dry for use.

3. Marinate the meat slices with salt, light soy sauce, and pepper for ten minutes.
