In the past, seaweed rice was rolled with a rolling shutter, and then cut into small round pieces. Today, this is simple. It is done with plastic wrap, and it is a large version. Just hold it in your hand and eat it.

Plus Version Seaweed Rice

1. The rice is steamed and left to dry for a while. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to evenly color.

2. Cut the ham into strips and fry the eggs.

3. Wash the lettuce and set aside.

4. Spread a piece of plastic wrap first, then put a piece of seaweed, and then knead a rice cake (the rice cake should not be too large and thick, it will not be easy to wrap the back.) Place it on the seaweed.

5. Fried eggs are placed on the rice cakes.

6. Put on the ham sausage.

7. Spread lettuce leaves and squeeze some salad dressing.

8. Then pinch a rice cake and cover it.

9. Fold it diagonally, fold it tightly

10. Turn over after wrapping all four corners and cut in half with a knife.

11. Good rice is produced from good ecology, and hard grains select high-quality polished rice

Tips:

When kneading the rice cake, it must not be too big or too thick, otherwise it will not be easy to wrap; in addition, the rice should be left to dry for a while after it is served. It should not be too hot. Too crisp and easy to break when wrapped, so the temperature of the rice should not be too hot or too cold
