Poached Chicken Liver

Rinse it several times with water to remove the yellow oil from the chicken liver in the photo below.

Soak in water for about 5 minutes, rinse with clean water, and put it in the pot. Cover the chicken liver with water and add a little five-spice powder.

On high heat, cover the pot, turn to medium heat when the water is boiled, and add soy sauce and salt.

Cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and serve in 2 minutes.
Tips:
You can add a small amount of green onions and peppercorns to taste.
