Poached Egg Cucumber Soup

Peel 1 cucumber.

Put the oil in the hot pan, beat the eggs and fry them

Cut the cucumber into shreds, cut some minced garlic

Fry the egg on one side, add appropriate amount of water, put the minced garlic in the pan

Put the cucumber shreds and cook for two minutes
