Poached Egg with Black Soy Pepper

Mince tempeh, shred ten green onions, and cut green pepper into small circles.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, beat in the eggs and fry them until golden on both sides, pour out and cut into pieces for later use.

Tips:
The tempeh and light soy sauce are enough salt, so there is no need to add additional salt.
