Poached Egg with Tiger Skin and Green Pepper

Prepare the materials;

Tips:
1. The poached egg must be fried a bit older, and the egg yolk inside must be solidified; 2. When frying tiger skin green peppers, you don't need to use oil first. Fry slowly over medium and small fire. Press the green pepper with a spoon to easily form tiger skin; 3. Add the prepared green pepper and poached egg to the sweet bean sauce and garlic diced. The added light soy sauce is colored, sweetened with sugar, and seasoned with salt.
