Poached Noodles with Green Vegetables

Heat the oil in the pot and knock into the eggs.

Turn it over and fry until both sides are crisp and yellow.

Pour water along the side of the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, until the soup is white.

Add the dried noodles and cook on medium heat until half cooked.

Add the right amount of salt to adjust the taste.

Sprinkle in the cleaned cabbage heart, cook until broken, and sprinkle with pepper.
7.
Scoop the cooked noodles into a bowl and serve.
Tips:
1. The eggs are fried with yellow and then boiled in water to make the soup milky white.
2. Rolling noodles by hand is also delicious.
3. The choice of vegetables depends on personal preference.
