Poached Pork Slices

1. Tenderloin slices

2. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, egg whites, starch, and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Wash the rapeseed and blanch it in a pot of boiling water

11. Take another pot and heat the oil until it smokes.
